I recently started a low carb (70g or lower) and high protein/low fat way of eating. I feel so much better and am finally shedding the pounds that wouldnt budge for over a year. I get between 120-150g of protein a day, and feel great! Maybe too much, but I do exercise and will start doing some weight/strength training once I get closer to my goal (10 pounds or so to go! ) I also dont feel drained and tired anymore, and after a week, the sugar cravings are completely gone.0
