ok, the cal goal it sets, that includes exercise, does it maintain a number like 500 deficit?
example:
if its set to 1200
I burn 500
& it goes to 1700
If I eat that 1700, thats still including the same 500 deficit right? so what it says is left over is extra cal burn right? numbers easily confuse me. I'm pretty sure thats the deal though.

you are correct, if you add exercise calories, it maintains your original deficit, so it's ok to eat the extra calories MFP adds to your daily total (in fact, that's the point of the site).0
