How much can I stand to lose (and keep off) in a week?

Basically, I've booked a weeks holiday in the sun.
When away I tend to only really eat pasta/fish/fruit etc as I'm quite fussy with meat and spend every daylight hour I can in the pool.
I'm around 65-64 kg and 5"3 and since getting back into mfp i've been losing around a lb to a lb and a half a week.
Just wondering, (as I've never really checked before and after before) how much could I lose in said week and would it stay off?
