Another Left Over Lunch Idea
Well, I'm really holding out before we go to the store this week....
Lunch today...
Found extra tortillas in the veggie bin in the refrigerator! SCORE!
1 whole wheat toritlla
1 Cup or so of shredded chicken breast (leftover from a rotisserie chicken)
1 Slice of Pepperjack Cheese
*Layer and then Melt all three in microwave a minute or two.
*Top you layers with
1 Cup of Lettuce Mixture
1 TBS of Fat Free French Dressing
386 calories. Very filling for lunch at work! And the pepperjack adds a nice kick and flavor
