Today I had an amazing workout with dumbells, squats, lunges, etc but it doesn't seem to give calories for weight training. When I put weight training under cardio it only gave 185 calories, I don't think that can be possible can it?

You will burn more through out the day but they just calculate the time you were exercising not the benefits.0

That's what i was thinking! it isnt giving us a lot for what we do and considering the fact that weight lifting and training actually burns calories when you are not doing it and that is not happening when you do cardio.0

I noticed that when I put in the weight training I do it doesn't add that into my calories burned. Should I be adding it to the cardio section as well?0
