Do you love Pizza? I promise you will love this one at only 125 calories a slice and at only 5 minute prep time and 11 minutes in the oven. It is delicious! Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
Mama Mary's 12" Utlra Thin Pizza Crust
Great Value - Salsa - Southwest Black Bean & White Corn - 1 cup strained
Mexican or Taco Blend Shredded Cheese - About .5 cup
Red Bell Pepper slices or chopped - About .25 cup
Red Onions (Chopped) - About .25 cup
Mushrooms - About .25 cup
Jalapeno pieces (optional to taste)
WHAT TO DO:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Very, very lightly brush the pizza crust with Olive oil
Strain the Salsa of any excess liquid and then spread it evenly across the pizza crust
spread the cheese evenly across the pizza cust and salsa
Add the red peppers, onions and mushrooms and Jalapenos evenly across the pizza crust
Bake directly on the oven rack for 10 to 12 minutes until the crust begins to turn golden brown at the edges.
Cut the pizza into 6 equal slices.
