Which first--Shred or Ripped?

I bought Ripped in 30 and did 6 days of level one. While difficult, it was doable and I could see that I was improving. However, I just peeked at week 2 and now I feel intimidated. I wonder if I should start with 30 Day Shred first and then move on to Ripped? That seems to be the general progression around here. Do you think starting the Shred now will help me build up strength and endurance to handle Ripped, or should I just plow on?

    Hello, believe it or not, I did the same thing. I brought ripped in 30 and watched a little from each level and thought we did I get myself into :-). But if you can handle level 1 you can handle level 2. If I were you I would give Level 2 a try, just to see and I bet you, you can handle it. I am on level 3 now and OMG, its diffcult, but doable. Give level 2 and try and let me know what you think ;-)

    Shred i would think is easier because it is only 20 or so minutes instead of 30. it is hard at times but do-able.
