Question about exercise times.....please advise

I do a lot of hiking with my baby.
The dilema I have is......how much time do I put?
For example: Today I hiked with my daughter and baby in the pack, it took us a total of 55 minutes.
However, some of that time was spent stopping to take a water break, or take a couple of pictures.
The baby is on my back for the whole time and I never sat down to rest, so should I put the whole 55 minutes?
I usually take of 6-9 minutes when I enter it.
Thoughts?

I would put in for the 55 minutes since it seems like you're not accounting for exercising with the extra weight of having the baby on you! That to me would make up for the 6-9 minutes you stop for pictures or for water. Sounds like a great way toexercise though!

Enter the 55 minutes as you are not accounting for the other factors (extra weight, etc). Also keep in mind that these calories burned numbers and calories consumed are just estimates and meant as a guideline not a tit for tat kind of thing. Keep enjoying your hikes. I love doing things with my children.
