Making the Cut

Has anyone ever tried Jillian's Making the Cut plan? I did it several years ago and probably had the best results ever...of course it has been a couple years, and now I need to get motivated again. Anyway...just curious about a calorie burn estimate for the routines. They are intense, but only 30-45 minutes depending on the day. I appreciate your thoughts!

    Here's a secret - any work out plan or DVD will get you results as long as you put in the effort and stick with it.
