Drive for 5 Challenge

I recently fell off the wagon for about a week and need a bit of motivation so i figured this would be a great month to get back on track. Coming up is July and this July is going to be relatively hard. I find my weekends ALWAYS are the hardest especially holiday weekends like the 4th of July. Lots of temptations and food! SOOOO we are doing the Drive for 5 challenge! You pick your weight loss goal and at the end of the final week in July (which will actually will be the first week in August) How much weight do you realistically want to lose!? For example here is my weight loss goals!

DRIVE for FIVE
Week 1-197
Week 2-195
Week 3- 193
Week 4-191
Week 5-189
IF you go over these goals great, but make them obtainable, I am going to put a disclaimer on this challenge... BE HEALTHY don't set a goal to lose 5 pounds a week or 20 pounds in a month... technically 2 pounds is what is "healthy" If you go over GREAT as long as your doing it healthy
but please be safe
