You have all the tools you need right here. Follow the MFP calorie guideline and let the weight come off. Exercise at least 3x a week. You should have a loss of 1-2 lbs a week. You'll have the weight off in no time at all!

    Good luck!

Cut calories and exercise? I'm not sure what you're looking for.

Its pretty simple, really. Just takes a little bit of warmup time.

    Track EVERYTHING.
Eat Healthy choices so you don't binge from feeling like you're starving.
Exercise at least 3x a week, preferably more.
Don't treat it like a diet. Treat it like a decision to eat healthier for the rest of your life. That doesn't mean you can't eat what you want. It means portion control, and eat the unhealthy foods much more rarely.

Tons of support on here, most anyone will be willing to give advice and offer support. Welcome to the boards :D

You can try Slimfast for one of your meals. Try eating two
meals with regular food and one meal replacement for
    another meal. That might work.
There are all kinds of meal replacements on the market.

Yea, no diets, dieting doesn't teach you anything about how you SHOULD be eating, as a woman one of the biggest things that adds fat is white carbs, try to stick to whole wheat foods, also, you can stay under your calories by eating a bunch of junch, or you can do it by eating healthy foods. Obviously you're not gonna loose weight doing it the junk way. Veggies, fruits, chicken is a good protein source and food to make for dinner. Wraps instead of sandwichs help cut out carbs, calories, and sodium for lunches. If you need some support feel free to add me :)

It just takes a little work on your part. My advice is educate yourself on healthy eating. Look online for healthy recipes. Take a day and go to the store and read lables! Look for healthy snacks, Popcorn, Peanut butter and apple, Berries and yogurt, 40 cal fugde pops, Fat Free Pudding, Spicy Hummus with Veggies or whole wheat crackers and String Cheese. Don't buy things that will tempt you. You will not have the will power to resist. Buy a food scale and watch portions. Limit processed and fast foods. Cook fresh Veggies and Meats. Eat whole grain Low carb Low Cal Breads and Pasta. Fresh Fruits. Did I say watch Portions. In the beginning it will be hard to get over cravings. But if you stick with it you will. Don't drink your calories. Did I say watch portions. Oh and watch portions.

My advice is to portion control. Measure and weigh every thing you consume. Switch white bread for wholegrain bread but you even have to watch your calories on that. Also switch pasta for wholewheat instead of the processed white stuff. Have more Veg and Fruit. Do not deny yourself the foods you enjoy ... just mind your portions. When I started this a year ago I totally cut things out for 6 months. No eating out no sweet treats. After 6 months I started introducing things back as treats only. I have totally given up pop and only drink water and tea. I do not miss pop at all. That is my advice as I see so many people on here saying they have had a binge of eating bad foods. I believe that is due to denying themselves things they want and enjoy. My opinon on that though.

Use MFP like a crutch. Its here to be used. 90% of weight loss is eating correctly. Eat whole foods, in balanced meals. Avoid prepackaged stuff as much as possible. Once you have started losing some weight just by diet alone, start adding some exercise - go for walks. If you like riding your bike, ride your bike.

You can easily drop 5 to 20 lbs using this site religiously, in one month. I dropped 4 lbs in the first week.
