Anybody else gain 1st week 30DS?

I am getting discouraged.....I just need to hear if anybody else gained the 1st week of JM 30DS.....muscle gained? Please give me some motivational input.....thanks all!

    I haven't done 30 day shred but i am doing Insanity and i gained 3 pounds the first week and it stayed on the whole week...i did lose 8 inches total that first week! At the start of the second week i lost those 3 pounds plus 2 more pounds.....so don't worry i think it will come offf!!!
