I have the POLAR FT4, it counts calories, Heart rate, time, it also stores data such as your gender, age, height etc... I swear by it0

most people on MFP would recommend Polar, the FT4 and FT7. the FT4 is more basic and can save up to 9 or 10 workouts whereas the FT7 can go to 99 I beleive, as well the FT7 allows you to change the battery yourself. The HRMs with a chest strap usually calculate calories burned whereas the wrist only ones, if at all, only calculate while you hold the button down.0

I now have the Polar FT4. It lets you input your age, gender and current weight, you can change the battery yourself and has a chest strap with a connector. So far so good. Easy to use, too! I got mine for 74 bucks online.0
