A friend recommended this site to me. I'm struggling and am at my highest weight in a long time. I love to eat and do it when bored, happy, sad, whenever. I like the ease of the food tracker. I belong to a gym so I just need to push myself to do what I know I need to do.

    Hello and welcome! I've found this site very valuable as far as counting calories... once you start doing that you'll be amazed at how many calories are in particular foods. Feel free to add me if you'd like & we can do this journey together!
