hi all i lost 3 stone in 13 weeks last summer on lipotrim, i regained 2 stone since then and have been trying to get back on it but just cant anymore, so im trying atkins, ketogenic/low carbs diets work best for me so we will see over the next few weeks
im filling in my daily food lists and today did really well with my carbs, but calories are high on atkins, if there anyway 2qy i can change it just to count carbs and not tell me im eating too many cals?

I'm not sure... I think calories is one of the main focuses on the food diaries because that's how they determine how much you should eat based on your weekly weight loss goal.0
