Hello all! Ive been using my fitness pal for well over a year, and the last few months in when I got serious with it! Ive lost 20 pounds since the new year! yay me! I hope to lose 20 more. In the past 6 months I have made some serious changes to my daily nutrition. Ive done away with soda and most empty carbs. Ive learned to not buy the junk food, if its not in my house, i wont want it. ive been making changes with my wonderful husband, who is a beach body coach, and we hope to be healthy enough to start a family in the near future!
