I have been gaining and losing the same last 10 lbs for about 7 years (Lost 20 before that and have kept it off)
The last 10 seems to" keep coming back!" I will make an all-out effort and lose only to fizzle out and slowly gain.
I think I need to go more slowly. Make a NORMAL effort and not this all out effort that is not sustainable. I'm thinking
1/2 lb a week. I am 160 and want to be at 150...haven't figured out how to do the little graph thing yet. But I haven't lost anything yet so i have time.

Good for you, and good luck!!
I think we all forget sometimes that losing it slowly is better, and helps keep it off in the long run. Im forever watching weight loss shows, like the biggest loser, and am amazed at the amounts they lose weekly, then feel disheartened when I lose half/1lb a week, but it is the way to go for a healthier body in the long run :D
