I love reading and was wondering if any of you have read books about weight loss journeys or general motivation to eat better and exercise that inspired you?

Thank you for any suggestions!!!

About 2 years ago, I read The Amazing Adventures of Diet Girl by Shauna Reid. It's a blog collection, chronicling her 175 pounds weight loss. At the time, I was struggling with a thyroid disease and thinking there was no way for me to lose weight. But Shauna's book made me think "If she can do it, so can I!" I highly recommend this book.

This may sound like a strange one but I loved Unbearable Lightness by Portia De'Rossi, it made me really think about how I view food and the control it has over me. Funny but I could see a lot of the way I think it what she wrote(when I lost weight in the past it was unhealthy, I'm an all or nothing sort of person).
I found it very eye opening and made me do a lot of reflecting.

I also loved Ruby's Diary reflections on all I've Lost and Gained by Ruby Gettinger
