Questions for Turbo Fire users

So I just officially started the program yesterday , I really like it and I feel the burn each time :bigsmile: . I was wondering If I can still do my C25K ..I'm supposed to be my 5th week , Would I be putting my body under too much stress ?

Since C25K is 3 times a week ..I thought I might just do it twice a week.?:ohwell:
Is anyone doing the shakes ? (Shakeology) Does it really boost your energy as much as they say?

I would like have enough energy to do Turbo Fire and something other activity. every other day .I'm on a 90 day count down to meet some much needed goals. :):smile:
