hi all
well basically im currently on the cambridge diet maintain and i am using the weight watchers meals for portion and calorie control. i was really fat @ 5"2 with the help with my lovely cambridge consultant has helped me with moral support to stick with it and i have seen the results anyway now that i have shed the weight i still need to watch what i eat now plus i suffer from pcos as well which is a battle in a half so thats my story. it will be nice to spk to ppl who are in the same boat as me or u just want to spk.
