How many calories do i need to eat

I'm so confused about this calorie this....

How many calories to eat per day? My BMR is 1499 with my activity level it brings it up 2082 (walk on the treadmill 30-60 3-5 days per week) Can you clear this up for me - If I want to maintain my current weight then I need to eat 2082 calories per day – correct but for weight loss do I deduct maybe 300-400 calories to lose weight?

Why does MFP adds my workout calories - I dont want to eat those up- So if I work out and burn 350 calories then my calorie intake can go up to 2400 calories. I also understand that eating too little will do more damage to my body than good in the long run...

According to charts I can burn 1499 calories in a coma - so I need to eat more than that for my activity level
