Good luck with your race areay. I got a 5k in this morning with the bootcamp group. I stayed at the very end of the group with the stragglers and helped them along. Planning on doing 6 tomorrow.0

Good luck on your race. I did a great 4.5 miles this morning. But, why oh why does there have to be a bakery on my running route? I almost licked the windows with the gooey, dough-y smells coming out of that evil store!0

No run for me today. Legs and rear with P90X tonight. 8 miles tomorrow. One week until my relay-style marathon!0

No more running for me for at least 6 weeks. Wenet for physical therapy after my knee had been giving me problems.
It looks like a year off running and putting on weight put some strain on it when I returned to exercise.
This is going to be so tough for me, but I know i have to do it.
The 1/2 marathon in February has a big ? over it now too.
I'll keep dropping in as I feel I can.

Good job runners! I'm still on my week off from running. I did Kenpo Cardio Plus (P90X+) y'day morning and swam 1,000 yds last night while my dd's were at swimming lessons.
Today is Legs & Back and Ab RipperX.
Leg is feeling better, but still tender. I figure I'm better off taking the whole week off and see how I feel by Monday!!

Rest day for me. I am heading to the beach tonight and plan on running 9 miles tomorrow down the shoreline! Woohoo!0 -

Ran 6 today. I have a 5K race tomorrow morning. I haven't run a 5K since June. I'm hoping to break 24 minutes. i think this is a hilly course, though - so that might be wishful thinking! :ohwell:
