Shred Level 1 or 2...am I ready

Help Friends! Should I move on to Level 2 of the shred ahead of time?? Or wait till day 10!?? I am on day 8....

I feel like I might be ready but not sure if I should stick to the plan....

I wrote about my day 8 experiancein my blog to get an idea of my skill level....any help please..

    I moved on to level 2 after 4 days of level 1. And I actually like level 2 better. I would suggest watching level 2 before you judge if your ready or not. Do what your body tells you. If your getting through level 1 fairly easily, i'd move on. Like she says in the dvd, you have to force your body to do new things for it to change. If your on level 1 for too long, your bodys going to get used to it.

    Try level 2. If it's too intense, you can always go back to level one. :)

    iIm just waiting until day 10 to go to level 2. I'm very excited about it! I did some premature measuring and I've already lost some inches! CRAZY!!:)

    Okay...I am going to attempt to do it. If its too hard I'll go back to level 1 for the last 2 days. That sounds so wimpy but ....We will see. Thank you for the advice!

    You will do fine, it's not really that bad. Level 3 on the other hand is :0 Good luck!
