i use a HRM for cardio and weights, which has been pretty accurate so far. however b/c activities like callanetics and pilates dont raise the heart rate, the HRM doesnt record any extra calories burned although web sites (inc this one) often cite around 250cals/hr.
any wisdom on how to count pilates/callanetics and whether i should eat back any calories for doing these?
thanks as always!
