Hey guys,

What's your favorite meat to go with corn on the cob? I was thinking just be a lightly seasoned chicken breast on the grill, but I'd love to hear other suggestions since we eat chicken about 8 nights a week

I can definitely hit the grocery store on the way home, so help me out - I'm actually feeling a little adventurous for dinner, which NEVER happens! Only rule - it has to be cookable in a normal amount of grilling time (yes, ribs are glorious, but it's a little too late to start them at 5PM on a Tuesday when I still have to go to the grocery store)

Ready...... Set..... GO! with your favorites:

Why, steak of course! Do you grill your corn in the husk? It is sooooo good that way!

There's always time for ribs. That's what we are having, and they will still be frozen when I get home at 6:00!

    Stuffed hamburgers.

Mix lower fat beef with 1 egg and seasonings just until blended. Shape into 2 patties per burger. Refridgerate for a few minutes while you saute some mushrooms & onions. Bring patties back out and load a bit of sauteed veggies and some cheese on one patty and cover with another. Carefully seal and form into burgers and refridgerate until ready to grill. Grill moving them a little as possible so they don't fall apart. Check for doness and serve with a grainy mustard. No bun needed!

Hey guys - wow! Thanks for all your great ideas!! Since the hubby really likes corn on the cob, I'm definitely be coming back for more of these ideas. We ended up doing tilapia w/ a lil bit of Old Bay seasoning (we were going to do the cedar plank tilapia, but our cedar planks are MIA) and a salad and corn....

The link that was posted had some really good ideas too - we ended up doing a little bit of butter & chipolte tobasco on the corn - super yummy!

    Thanks again for your help!
