Does anyone have any awesome recipes using crumbled turkey sausage? A while back I saw something on Rachel Ray that sounded really good but I can't remember what else was in it so I can't look it up.

I'm thinking browned and crumbled turkey sausage with some type of noodles?

Ideally low calorie but full of flavor.

Thanks for any ideas.

@gettinfitmama - I take the Italian Style Honey suckle turkey and brown it. I measure out a 4 oz portion along with 2 oz of uncooked noodes and then a sauce. I just have spaghetti or I'll have fettucini alfredo - one of the sauces has a light version of the alfredo sauce. I am blank on which one though. Sorry. It is so hard to count recipes that are combined sometimes. I also like to sprinkle ground chicken or turkey over spinach with a few other salad toppings as a way of getting protein in my salad.

I like it in country gravy over toast or biscuits.
