Well my scale hasn't been showing any improvments, (stuck but maintaining) but my pants are all too big for me. Even the ones I kept as motivation pants, even they are too small. So today I went and bought new pants and I fit very well into a size 10. No sucking in! I even bought a new swimsuit, and new motivation pants. I am determined to 'not' squeeze into them! Thanks for reading! Good luck everyone on your weight loss journey!

Wonderful!!! after 10 lbs I am wearing my clothes more comfortably! and I have the next size down in the closet to. So it will be like shopping!

Awesome job! I try to remember that the scale should not be the Oracle by which I live, but it's hard sometimes. Loose clothes don't lie, though!0
