You know how when you get older you don't *feel* much different, it just seems like everyone around you is relatively younger? That's how I've been feeling lately. I'll think to myself "Oh, I haven't changed that much. I feel the same." But then I'll see people who I had thought were pretty skinny, and now they look average. What I had seen as average now looks a bit heavier.

yeah i have. all the friends that i knew back in high school are getting bigger...
not only that... the people that were big... are now skinnier...
im like... wow. its amazing to see such change.0 -
Yes! I grew up in the deep south, where obesity is the norm. I never noticed it until I started losing weight and became "the skinny one" despite being still 25 lbs overweight.0
