Measurements?

What do you usually measure? I know my hips, waist and bust but do you usually do biceps and thighs? Thanks!

    I also measure each thigh. One thigh may be bigger or smaller than the other.

    Upper and lower arms

    bust and just below bust

    Waist

    Hips

    Thighs

    Calf

    chest, waist, navel, hips weekly, arms/thighs every 2ish weeks just to see how they're doing, haha!

    Hi, I measure my thighs and biceps. I will sometimes lose inches and not see a weight loss. If I'm losing inches at least I still see improvement to help keep me motivated. Good luck!

    I measure, both arms, chest, waist at belly button, hips, right below booty, and each thigh. But, don't measure after you work out because, you're muscles are swollen right then.
