This post is right on time for me. I was wondering the same thing. I normally would not work out but with the new workout regimen I'm on I knew I wouldn't be able to get away with that. The responses to this post is exactly the motivation I need.0

When I feel particularly crampy or sore, I do a session of pilates. It's gentle enough but I still feel like I've done something and the stretching usually feels good.0
