Easy lunch - burritos!

Makes 4 servings

1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup salsa
1 tsp chili powder
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup shredded cheese
4 tortillas

Combine turkey, onion, chili powder, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add salsa and rice and simmer for three minutes or until heated through. Divide mixture among tortillas and sprinkle cheese on top. Roll into a burrito and enjoy.
