Keep working out! I cut my caffeine, cut my sugar and take hard core meds. I find Running makes it a shorter visit :-)0

I get real sick too and the pain is so bad at times that i can't move but found running helps if i can get started0

YES! Work through it! I'm in the same boat. I get sick and feel horrible throughout the entire thing unless I work out. Then I feel better after I work out though. Also, boil a little ginger root in some water. Add in a little tea and honey. It helps with cramps and taste pretty darn good!!0

I have a hard time keeping on track during this time, but have found that forcing myself to do even just a small workout helps incredibly.0
