    I have a fitness trampoline. and love it. It's a good workout and can be done in a fairly short amount of time if needed. At first my balance was pathetic. Now, my balance is improving as well as my stamina. The workouts can be light or intense. You can watch tv or put your favorite music on and bounce with the beat. I also love the fact that I can do crunches on it and it prevents my lower back from hurting like it does on the floor (even with a mat). It's fabulous for pumping the lymphatic system which is good for the immune system. I love the one I have. I researched for a week or so before buying. I have one that uses bungees instead of springs, which makes it very quiet. It looks easy, but looks can be deceiving. :bigsmile:
