Favorite exercise: I LOVE TURBO KICK, YOGA, PILATES AND BELLYDANCE... ALL OF WHICH I TEACH... AND I'M ALSO A BIG FAN OF TURBO JAM, P90X AND THE SLIM SERIES.
Most important thing about losing weight: THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ABOUT "GETTING FIT" IS HOW IT WILL PROLONGE YOUR LIFE AND POSSIBLE SAVE YOU FROM DEVELOPING A TERMINAL ILLNESS.
What made you decide to lose weight: I DIDN'T LIKE THE CLOTHES I WAS WEARING, I DIDN'T LIKE LOOKING IN THE MIRROR, AND I DIDN'T LIKE BEING CONSTANTLY TIRED AND DEPRESSED.
