Hi...so glad to find this site. I am 37 and finding myself adding on pounds every year.
I was successful with losing 10 pounds during the summer, but as soon as winter and added stress
at work arrived, I put all of the weight back on. Counting calories is definitely the way to go for me-- As well as making sure I exercise when I get home from work-no matter how tired I am, instead of watching TV!
