Cool Down *Repost*

Hello MFP! I've recently lengthened my workout durations and up'ed the intensity as well. I was just curious as to how you all cool down post workout and for how long? Do you eat anything after a good workout? What's your cool down routine???

I do 5-7 minutes of stretching after my workout.0

I don't cool down too long. Just need the heart rate to slow down and then do a little stretching. Usually lasts just a few minutes total. As far as eating, my diet is nothing to mimic.0
