Hello from Alabama

Hey guys and gals,

My wife and I just moved to AL a few days ago. I've started taking (somewhat) better care of myself, and MFP has been awesome for tracking my exercise and caloric intake. I started at 197 lbs on the 20th of may, and am at about 183 +/- 1 lb to date. My goal is to get down to around 165. How am I doing? Care to take a look at my diary and make any suggestions?
