Well the title says it all. I'm in a "UGH!" mood this moring. I checked my weight & I gained a POUND! What the hell ??? I'm praying that was a pound of muscle... & NOT of fat. Because I sure don't feel like I have gained a pound this morning. BUT... I'm NOT going to let that get me to down today. I have a goal in mind... & I am going to get there !!! Maybe I should start to take weekly pictures ??? What do you think?

That's a good idea. Easier than measuring. Try to wear very similar clothing, take the same stance, and keep the camera in the same place.0

I say stop weighing yourself everyday. Get a tape measure and go by how your clothes fit. I only weigh myself a couple times a month.0

A pound could be anything, but that certainly isn's a real pound, especially if you have been eating right and exercising and especially if you are weighing yourself daily, the body's weight fluctuates daily.
Alot of things need to be considered, like: what did you eat yesterday? Was it high in sodium? Did you drink alot of water? Are you weight training, hence it could be muscle gain?
Just keep on track

I feel this same way...but I gained about 2.5! EEKS! I'm just going to suck it up and get moving for today! The taking pics every week is a really good idea, I may have to borrow that.
Good luck the rest of the week and through this journey. I have to keep telling myself that it's a marathon, not a sprint...0
