There's this great supermarket brand dark chocolate spread. It's about 90 cals per tablespoon and I spread it on 2-3 cruskits. One tablespoon of the dark spread makes me feel all chocolated out.0

Trying keeping a few individual size Three Musketeers bar around. They are small enough to fit in your purse, glove box, desk drawer at work, etc. It should cure the immediate need for chocolate preventing the over indulgence.0
