Hi, has anyone tried the kettle bell workouts? Are they worth it? I am looking for something to add to my regular cardio that I can do at home during my kids naptime. - Erin

Cute kids! I was wondering about the Kettle Ball too. We have one but I've never used it. I use our treadmill when my 3 boys are napping.

The kettle bell workouts are awesome!!! Its hard work but in a very short time. Within 20 mins I feel like I work out a hour. You burn twice more calories also. Its worth a try!!

I did almost 2 rounds of kettleworx. I did 5 weeks (then went somewhere I think) and then did 6 weeks. Honestly, after the first 5-6 weeks, it would have been good to switch it up because my body became used to the routine.....and it didn't work as effectivly as I thought it should - even with increasing the weight. I went from a 10lb kettlebell to a 15lb.

It is fun and I think the program is worth it - short exercise routine - but just throw something else in there a couple days a week too - and don't do it for too many weeks in a row without switching it up.
