I challenge you

Challenge your friends daily, by sending them a message saying I challenge you to whatever your challenge for the day for them is.

Example: 30 minutes or more of exercise, a day without soda, a healthy recipe, to drink X number glasses of water, no dessert, etc.

Whatever you see in their profile that you see that will motivate and benefit them. I just did this with my daughter and daughter-in-law saying I challenge you: to 30 minutes of treadmill and I got an immediate response.

    That's a great idea! When I was 29 years old and much thinner my friend told me he bet I couldn't get a six pack by my 30th birthday. I worked my *kitten* off working out everyday and by my 30th birthday I didn't have a sixpack but I had a 4 pack that I was very proud of. I want that back!! It's just hiding under fat now.
