mixed drinks

im going out with friends friday night and was wondering is there any place i can find accurate calorie counts for mixed drinks ? i can find wine and beer but i dont drink either of those i like the fruity type drinks pina colada, cosmos, tequilla sunrise, long island teas etcs me and mallory are both dieting so any info would be helpful

    I typically just google the particular drink and put 'calories in pina colada'. I had to quit mixed drinks as they sabotaged my clean eating lifestyle.
