I am setting myself a goal to continue tracking everyday for 2 weeks without missing a day!!!!

    I have posted for over 40 days now. Some days I think I don't want to post, but then I decide that is not an option. Even if I go over my calories and such, I still post.

    40 days is a great effort!! I can barely track for three days lately and i think your right wether a good day or bad you should keep tracking it makes a big difference. How much have you lost so far?

    Yer well day three of tracking so ill have to stick to my word now! I walked the 1000 stairs this morning so feeling the motivation i hopin it stays with me .........
