I have posted for over 40 days now. Some days I think I don't want to post, but then I decide that is not an option. Even if I go over my calories and such, I still post.0

40 days is a great effort!! I can barely track for three days lately and i think your right wether a good day or bad you should keep tracking it makes a big difference. How much have you lost so far?0
