Bored with food

We've been eating very healthy in our house for the last 2 weeks, following the Eat to Live lifestyle.
I'm noticing that right now I'm bored with food. But it's not about being bored with healthy food. All the stuff I would eat regularly before also sounds uninteresting, which to me is actually a very good thing. It's not that I won't enjoy my meals, it's mostly that I don't seem to care that much in advance. To me, that's a good thing that I hope lasts, because then I can make decisions based on health and not desire.

Thats awesome. As you eat healthier, you tend to not want to eat the unhealthy foods as your body wants better food.0

I'm the exact same way!!! Personally, I think it means we have shifted from "living to eat" to "eating to live." And, THAT is a VERY good thing!0
