What type of workouts do you like to do? I have amassed quite a dvd collection--and can recommend several based on your needs/likes. Overall good ones (that I like) include: Jillian Michaels (1) Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism (great cardio workout); (2) No More Trouble Zones (good weight training one). P90X, which I completed six weeks ago. This is good for weights, but not as good for cardio. Insanity (which I started six weeks ago)--hard core, but fabulous. If you're new to exercise, the biggest loser cardio max is a good one. Ilaria's Bodystrikes is great for the legs. I recommend taking a look at collagevideo.com as you can view video clips of thousands of dvds and read customer reviews.0
