I know this has been said again, and again. (and again and again and again)
Eat your calories, people!
I did not lose a pound this week. ( I am NOT complaining, I am in this for the long haul so I really dont care if I lost or not. I FEEL GREAT!!)
Why? I just checked my reports and I was under on my 1200 calories every day.
I am sometimes afraid to eat another 100 cals, just in case I overestimated on something throughout the day.
It has been my experience, while on my MFP journey, that if I eat my cals, drink my water and do NOTHING else....I WILL lose 1 pound. Period. NO exceptions.
If I add exercise, I MUST eat my extra calories.
It is simple, I understand it, great ppl on this site have explained it, and NOW I get it!!
EAT YOUR CALORIES, FOLKS??? NOW.....GO......EAT SOME HEALTHY FOOD!! And have a great weekend!:flowerforyou:
