Am I subposed to eat my exercise calories or not ? Will I lose weight faster if I dont .

yes, you are supposed to eat your exercise calories, and no you will not lose weight faster if you don't, that's like falling under your minimum calories (not that I'm not guilty of it sometimes myself). If you burn 250 calories you should eat an extra 250 calories.0

You don't have to eat them.. it's only suggested that you eat them. I personally don't eat them unless I am really hungry that day... sometimes you just burn so much that you can't eat them all back. So don't stress if your not able to.0
