Plateau Help!

Okay, it's been about five weeks since I've seen the number go down on my scale. In that time, I'll admit I haven't always been doing the best job with food.... but most days I am right on with my calorie intake and I am working to be better. I have been doing Jillian's Ripped in 30... I see definite improvements in my body and that's great. I'm feeling okay, but the scale just isn't moving... I had a similar problem when I was trying to get out of the 150's... now, I can't seem to get out of the 140's. :( I would really love to see that number drop. Anyone else experienced this and have something that works for them?
