HIGH BURN CAL DAYS

For those of you that track your intake and output cals, do find that you are sluggish the day after you have a super high cal burn day? I have a bodybugg so I keep my food intake only 1000 cals lower than my output per day. Yesterday I burned 3500 cals and only ate about 2000 cals (had no desire to eat anymore).

Today I feel really sluggish. Has anyone experienced this and if so what did you do to get the pep back?
