My old scale died, so I have been using the scales at work (a doctors office) they say 10lbs more than mine did at home. How do I accurately keep track of what Ive lost if the scales are so different????

Put a free weight on the scale. If it weighs five pounds and the scale says five pounds then it is accurate. If it says more, or less, add or subtract that amount from your weight.0
